The FOODMISSION project has officially kicked off with a successful launch meeting held from January 14 to 16, 2025, in Bergen, Norway. Funded by the Horizon Europe programme, the project focuses on empowering citizens to take an active role in transforming the food system towards greater sustainability.
Through a unique citizen science approach and the use of gamified tools, FOODMISSION will support individuals in making healthier, more sustainable food choices and reducing food waste. The project brings together partners from eight European countries and will run for three and a half years.
