Transformational labs

Transformative Labs (T-Labs) are long-term processes that engage a wide range of stakeholders with the goal of driving sustainable change in food systems.

They provide a collaborative space where companies, retailers, policymakers, NGOs, researchers, and citizens come together to co-create solutions that are practical and ready for real-world implementation.

Within the Foodmission project, T-Labs play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the platform, supporting pilot activities, and contributing to impact assessment and the development of policy recommendations.
